“I've never worn extensions before and there is definitely a learning curve, however, 10000% no regrets. The color matches perfectly and they blend very easily. The halo didn't bother me at all, which was very surprising, because I'm usually very sensitive to things being on my head (like, headbands usually give me a headache).”

“I am so disappointed and upset with Luxy and this product. These extensions are not ash. They have very pinks and is very obvious depending on the lightening and with natural sunlight. I used the tester in my bathroom and it looked okay in that lightening and the tester is small so it’s harder to tell how good of a match it is. I emailed customer service and sent them pictures showing them how pink these are. No where in the website is there a disclaimer stating that these may look pink. Customer service responded that they would will not exchange them or refund them as they have been opened. I am am extremely disappointed as I spent a lot of money on these and they are pink not ash brown balayage.
Also these did not blend in at all - colour aside. You can clearly see where my real hair line ends and I had to order two more volume wefts. My hair is medium thickness and chest length. The halo sits at the bottom back of the head so most of your hair will sit on top of the halo. If you have medium - thick hair you will need at least 1-2 more volumizer weft.
I went to my hair dresser to see if she can dye these to match my hair and she said they are very pink and warm and can’t make any promises. So now I have to spend more money to have them dyed to try to fix these defective extensions.
