“I am so disappointed in this product and upset with myself for purchasing it. I normally buy the original halo couture, but decided to try this out in order to save some money. The wire on this makes zero sense as it is HUGE as in quadruple the size of my head. I decided to tighten it, which even tightening it to the Titus setting, it was still big and I also had to use a double wire that way. I reached out to the company. Asking them for an explanation because I figured I must be doing something wrong. That was on a Saturday and they told me someone would be in touch with me on Monday. That Monday was a week and a half ago. I do not recommend this product at all.”

“I am very disappointed in this halo hair extension. This was my 4th pair of hair extensions from Luxy and this pair is not like the others I have purchased in the past. The cut is very blunt and does not look natural. They are also shorter than the 16” balayage extensions I purchased previously. The color match is perfect, but over all I am disappointed in the look and quality of this pair of extensions.”
