“These hair extensions are absolutely gorgeous. I am very satisfied with the quality of them. I ordered them for my wedding and I am very excited to wear them! The hair feels very healthy, silky, and smooth. I did a quick online consultation with Luxy to determine the right ones I needed, and that was very helpful. My hair is about armpit length, and the 16" fits perfectly since they clip in around the middle of your scalp. They also don't need to be the exact length of your hair because they will blend in. I was a little bit worried that the color wouldn't match perfectly since my hair doesn't have as many bright tones as the extensions do, but I just had a hair trial with my hair and makeup artist and they blended beautifully. And she said that having extensions that are a tad bit different than your hair color can help add some dimension. She even left out 2-3 wefts because we both felt that we had achieved the desired volume. I read a few reviews that complained about the tapered nature of the wefts and that they are thinner at the bottom, but this is purposeful. The online consultant informed me that the extensions are purposefully a bit tapered, as this mimics the dimensions of natural hair. I thought the shape really helped them blend in naturally with my hair.
My one complaint is that my head was pretty sore after wearing them for only an hour :( I was experiencing a good amount of discomfort where they clip in at the root. I think it's just because I'm not used to the added weight and tension. The website recommends to wear them around your house to try to get used to them, so I might do that or just take some Advil on my wedding day! Overall I definitely recommend these!”
