“Love the color but I needed the 20 inch. I still don't have the extensions I wanted or needed, so I’m stuck with 16 inch and that doesn’t work for me. My hair is too long for them. Can't get a phone number through this company to speak with anyone. So I'm very disappointed that I could not get the 20 inch because they discontinued this item. I can pull off the natural color red, which is also beautiful natural color red, I just have blonde highlights in my red hair I just have. The old one blended well. But they are both beautiful reds. I'm grateful to at least have one left, but also
