“Hair is nice, colour wasn’t what I expected based on website. Though products are advertised as returnable once you break the seal on the box to see the actual hair ( colour) you can’t return it.”

Marika, as a kind reminder, it is stated on our website that once a set has been opened or tampered with, we are unable to accommodate a return or exchange due to hygienic reasons and for the safety of our customers. It does state on the security seal that would have needed to be broken in order to open your set, that there are no returns or exchanges if the package is opened.
