“I have ordered Luxy hair extensions once before and absolutely loved them, however, this latest set was super disappointing. They were very soft and a perfect color match, but the texture did not match my hair like the last set did. They were also way too thin this time, which surprised me (I bought the 16” set). They seriously looked awful. I sent Luxy pictures and explained my situation, asking for a refund. Instead of agreeing, they offered to send me a complimentary volume weft and assured me this would help fix my issues. It did help with the volume, but the texture was still really off. I decided to take them to a salon to have them professionally cut and blended with my real hair. Without saying a single word about my issues with these extensions, my stylist asked where I bough them from and recommend two other brands to try because these “looked really cheap”, even though I spent $175 on them. Even after her blending and even cutting my real hair to try and accommodate them, they still look awful. The extensions also left black stuff on my hair straightener, which I was told that if my iron is higher than 250, it would damage them. I won’t be buying from Luxy again.”
