you are experiencing this. If you're styling your Luxies using a high
temperature, this could be the cause for the melting you are experiencing
as our extensions have a silicone coating. This is done at the
manufacturing level to preserve the nutrients in the hair and give it extra
shine and gloss upon arrival. We recommend setting your tool at 120C/250F,
as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. Please reach out to
