“I love Luxy and have ordered for myself, my friends, and family in the past with other accounts. I will continue order from them in the future.
For this order. the color is a perfect match. They are much thicker than I expected, which is a plus. The clips are comfortable, hidden, and secure. I have ordered the darker shades of soft black and chocolate brown in the past and would give those a 5 star review. However, there is something very different about this order. It feels like it is worn out well before its' time. As if the quality is not as good as the other orders. I have done the same technique of care for them as I have done with my previous Luxy extensions. So, I do not know why they are not as nice after a few uses. I have watched and done all the same tutorials on care and storage of my extensions. I'm not sure why this set is not as great.”

I'm sorry to hear that you find the clips to be a tad bit bulky and there's a burning smell when you use heat on them. I'll be happy to explain.
Cassie, if you find the clips to be a little bulky, I suggest to clip them about 1" down from your scalp. This may help it to look more natural on you.
In regards to the burning on the hair, can you please let me know what temperature you have your heat tools set at? If you’re styling your Luxies using high temperature, this could be the cause for the melting you are experiencing.
We recommend to set your tool at 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don’t get that sort of nutrition.
