Kaitlin, I do suggest that you take your extensions to your hairdresser to have them custom cut to blend with your haircut. When doing so, I recommend to number the back of the wefts in the order they are clipped in, so that you can apply them in the same order for the future.

“I love my extensions! The hair quality is great and they look very natural. It takes a while to figure out how to style them perfectly to match you hair and some times they don't hold curls super well. I've had a lot of compliments and they definitely look natural you just have to put in a bit of work to blend, if you wear them all day sometimes can be a little uncomfortable, but that's reasonable for any hair extensions ! Definitely the highest quality I have ever had.”

If you find that the extensions are not holding curl as well as you'd like, I suggest that you check out this blog post which will go over some tip and tricks to try to help them last longer: https://www.luxyhair.com/blogs/hair-blog/how-to-make-your-curls-last-longer-5-tips
Also, if the extensions are a little uncomfortable after several hours of wear, you can try clipping them in about an inch lower from your scalp when you first apply them and this can help with that. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
