“My Luxy hair extensions are very soft and the 160g blends well with my natural hair. The only thing is when I use my hot style tools it seems like some of the hair melts because I have residue left on my tools, even though I use heat protectant spray and a low heat setting. Other than that I am happy with them and they look beautiful in.”

I'm happy to hear that you enjoy your Luxies and find them soft and blendable.
Sometimes there can be melting of the outer silicone layer onto your heat tools. We ask that you stay below temperatures of 140*C/280*F to maintain the integrity of the hair.
Also, as you said you already use, it is important to apply a heat protectant before heat styling your hair to also protect them further.

“I have never used clip in extensions before but decided to try them out after finding the luxy girl's youtube. I wanted to support someone in the youtube community. I wasn't sure what color to order and the team were very helpful in helping me select a color, dirty blonde. while it doesnt match my hair perfectly, it does give me that nice ombre ends look I had wanted but didnt get from my recent dye job, so definite plus. I recieved my order very quickly. They are very easy to use, and I love the length it gives me. Bc my hair is wuite thin I had to play around with them for awhile before figuring out how it best fits my hair. the tutorials were helpful but I had to clip mine in differently in the end. I was able to curl them without too much difficulty and it held the curls nicely. They felt very soft straight from the box and I didnt have too much of an issue with hair burning onto my curling wand as I have read from some of the reviews. I did experience some shedding but I didnt find it to be excessive. I am not someone who uses extensions daily so i suspect these will last me quite some time as i would probably only use them for special occasions. I can see myself buying a different color once i change my hair color again! thanks luxy team! you made clip in extensions easy for me and now i can have the long thick hair i always wanted!
customer service is probably one of the best out of any retailer I have ever delt with. They were prompt with returning my emails and their replies were always so wonderful”

“I love my hair extensions but they are just not as easy to put in and hide as the site leads me to believe. Regardless though I enjoy wearing them and maybe overtime I'll get better at putting them in.”

I'm happy to hear that you enjoy wearing your Luxies! I find myself that I am always changing the placement of the wefts based on the hairstyle I am doing that day. Sometimes I use less wefts, sometimes more. Sometimes I place them closer to the front of my face, and sometimes closer to the back of my head, etc...
