“The hair got very frizzy after 3 uses. I didn't curl it or put product in it. I've worn extensions for many years and haven't had this problem with other brands. I've heard great things about the brand, so it many have just been a bad batch of hair.”

“Love my extensions! The only problem I have is they're a little bit hard to curl but that could honestly just be an operator error. But they're beautiful, long, and everything I ever wanted!!!”
“I love the volume the extensions give and they are super easy to use. I do have some questions though...I think there are some synthetic strands in my set. I used them for the second time with my curling wand and some of the strands melted on the wand. I only use a temp of 280-300 F when curling so I don't get the hair too hot. Also, do you recommend washing them first then styling because I feel my hair does a better job of holding a curl than the extensions do. Overall, I love them and well be using them for my wedding day. I already used them for my bridal pictures and cannot wait to share the pictures soon!”

I'm happy to hear that you enjoy the volume they give as well as their ease of use.
Sometimes there can be melting of the outer silicone layer onto your heat tools. We ask that you stay below temperatures of 140*C/280*F to maintain the integrity of the hair.
Also, it is important to apply a heat protectant before heat styling your hair to also protect them further.
Lastly, it is not necessary to wash the hair prior to curling your set. To help the curl hold longer, feel free to pin the curl after it's released from the barrel and allow it to set for 10-15 minutes. You can also spray it lightly with a hairspray.
