In order to ensure that your Luxies remain moisturized, nourished, and manageable to style, we recommend to deep condition them regularly. This is a super easy and simple process - all you have to do is dampen your Luxies and apply a generous amount of sulfate-free and alcohol-free conditioner to the hair, and let it soak in the product overnight by placing it in a shower cap. In the morning, you can rinse the hair under lukewarm water and let it air dry on a towel. Should you ever have any questions down the road, feel free to reach out to us at info@luxyhair.com. “The color match was great but unfortunately the extensions were a bit too thin to blend into my hair. My hair is medium thickness so i didn’t order the volume set as i thought they would be too thick/much for my hair to cover naturally. It’s unfortunate that you can’t exchange the product but I’m hoping that maybe another haircut could help them blend but still a quality product.”
