“I ordered my Luxy hair and received it about a week after ordering. It want quite the right shade so I contacted them. I sent a pic of my current hair color and they recommend a different shade. I sent back my hair and reordered the recommended color. I received the new color again within a week and it’s a perfect match. Customer service is prompt and helpful.
