“I ordered the seamless extension in 20" off-black balayage. The swatch I received went from an off-black to a caramel-y brown which differed from the product photos. I asked their chat representative if I should trust the images or the swatches and they said to trust the swatches. The actual extensions match the product image more, which is an off-black to cool darkish blonde. The quality of the extensions themselves is great, just disappointed with the inaccurate recommendation.”
