“There was a lot of stray uneven hair length in my halo. Color description was inaccurate. More of a reddish medium brown, definitely not dark. There was also some blond strands in the blend that bothered me. I expected a lot more from these halos extensions for the price point. Most likely would not purchase again.”

“The hair is okay. It’s a little thinner than I expected. I also hate the clasp that comes with it. I have a really hard time putting my extensions on without my hair getting caught on the clasps. I’ve changed the wire many times and it still causes the same problem. I wish I can return it but their policy states once the box is open, it’s nonrefundable. The order came with wefts for the buyers to try on before opening the box to ensure the color of the hair extensions meet expectations and you can return if it does not, with the box unopened. That much I understand. But matching the hair color to yours and putting on the extensions is a different ordeal. Again, I wish I can return it for a refund because it’s not easy to out on.”
