“I used to be a happy customer of Luxy for years and I never had any issue with my previous extensions. I ordered the Classic Ash brown highlights, Classic Dark cool balayage, ponytails and a bun in the past and they were all excellent and full of hair. However,this is the first time I am very dissapointed because I did not get enough hair in my Halo extensions. I was hoping to wear my extensions for my birthday which was last week and I couldn’t because they look really bad. There is not enough amount of hair in my extensions and I have short hair that even wearing the entire packet of extensions looks exactly as the picture. I have always had short hair and I never had any issue with my previous Luxy extensions (they used to send great amount of hair before). The reason I chose halo is because I want to avoid hair loss. I’ve been a loyal customer of Luxy for years and this is first time I am very disappointed. So sad to see my extensions just there in the package.”

“Im so in love. Curled easily. Looks beautiful. Held the curl well. The color is much cooler in person whereas the photos had me worried about an oranger toned blonde. Its very ashy and gorgeous in person. I felt so good today wearing these and can't wait for my wedding.
