“I’ve only had my extensions for a few months, paid hundreds of dollars for them and the hair has started falling out of the hallo. I take care of the extensions and I follow all instructions of how to care for them and this happens . I’m so so disappointed.”

“I got two sets of Halo.
1st I love the color matches my hair color perfectly.
It curls well with my Dyson hair curler.
but after one month of using both sets on and off and not over washing or exposing to any over brushing I only use the comb from Luxy on them. The ends seem dried out and a little ratty. I have washed the first set today and conditioned with professional grad shampoo and conditioned made by Rusk for hair repair. I am hoping this will rejuvenate the ends. I look for hair that will last a year as they are expensive to replace.
I am happy with the Halo style and the color is fabulous!! I am just hoping the repair shampoo will help them last longer than one month.”
