“I’m leaving this review mostly for the company to read. The prices of the product went really high in a short amount of time, yet the quality is not up to standards. I know extensions very well and I can suggest a few changes:
1. Once I apply heating to the hair some strands melt away creating an unkempt look as if the hair is mixed with synthetic hair. So for the outrageous price of luxies, it is disappointing to see that the advertising of them being 100% real hair is likely not true.
2. I suggest having the 4 single clip strands that most of us don’t use come in an extra 4 clips strand or simply add that hair to the other clips. Could have product options like that for customers like me who throw away the single clip strands therefore losing part of the product.
3. Lower prices for the product only looks good for the first 3-5 wears then the quality declines tremendously.”
