“The quality of the extensions were good however the return/exchange policy. The colour of the extensions looked good from the sample piece but the whole halo ended up being to dark when there was a large amount of hair. in canada you cannot exchange can only return snd must pay the return cost. once you open the box you can’t return. how can uou decide if a product is worth the cost or suits you without being able to look at it? now i have 500$ extensions i can’t use as i am unwilling to colour my hair”

“I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep the extensions but once I opened the sample hair to see if it was a match, I could not BELIEVE how well it matched my color and hair type. I had to keep them. I am in love! I did get a headache from wearing them the 1st time but hoping if I swap to a larger size clear band, and also as I wear them more, that will go away. I got the longer ones & they are SUPER long which I guess is what I wanted but I would’ve been happy with the shorter of the two as well. My advice on that is perhaps measure & think about which you will feel more comfortable wearing. Overall, I am in love and telling everyone I know about them! - Jeanne”
