“I tried the color match, which suggested Mocha Brown Balayage both automatically and through a representative. I ordered 3 samples to make sure I did not order an off shade with the full set. They came just 2 days after ordering which was very nice. Out of the samples the Mocha Brown Balayage also looked like the perfect match, so I ordered the full volume set ($400). Unfortunately when I tried the sample weft that came with my full set, it was definitely not the same shade as the previous sample. Thickness and quality seem to be fine, but much more red, and lighter shade. It looks like I am going to have to return this set and try off-black. It is also unfortunate that the off-black balayage option does not have reviews or photos yet. I am a little worried to order and have them also be the wrong shade. Especially with how long their set "inspection" process is expected to take. Loss of more money and time.”
