“I tried the color match, which suggested Mocha Brown Balayage both automatically and through a representative. I ordered 3 samples to make sure I did not order an off shade with the full set. They came just 2 days after ordering which was very nice. Out of the samples the Mocha Brown Balayage also looked like the perfect match, so I ordered the full volume set ($400). Unfortunately when I tried the sample weft, it was definitely not the correct shade. Thickness and quality seem to be fine with the sample weft, but much more red than the small sample that was sent previously, and lighter shade. It looks like I am going to have to return this set and try off-black. It is also unfortunate that the off-black balayage option does not have reviews or photos yet. I am a little worried to order and have them also be the wrong shade. Loss of more money and time.”
