I'm delighted to hear that you're loving your Dirty Blonde Luxies, and that you were able to custom-dye your set to make them blend in better. The reason why the ends of your extensions may have been dry is because of the bleaching, which can often dry out hair (both natural and extensions). I recommend to perform a deep conditioning treatment on your set to ensure the hair remains healthy, moisturized, and manageable.
Also, I appreciate your feedback regarding the extra 2 clip wefts - I'll be happy to bring it up to the rest of the Luxy Hair team for future considerations :)

“I used to live in Atlanta where I worked as a hairstylist, needless to say, I've spent a great deal of time around extensions. I've recently relocated to California, and unfortunately I do not have the connections in the hair world here. I did my research and came across Luxy. I ordered some for myself and I have to say this brand is hands down the best that I've personally worked with. Most of the time when you purchase extensions they look fake, too much shine or frazzled and dull. These extensions look perfect when you take them out of the box. They are really easy to work with, just be gentle with them. If you TAKE CARE of your extensions, they wont be tangled up like a rats nest and the hair wont fall out. Brush them gently, start at the bottom and work your way up, store them in the box they came in under your bed or in a closet where they don't get sunlight and it isn't damp. When you wear your Luxies and you want to curl or straighten them USE PRODUCT, it doesn't just help with styling it protects your real hair and your Luxies! Hope this helps!”

“I've worn extensions for years now issuing multiple companies, I decided to try a new company as my fall back (foxy locks) that I had just purchased a new set of 3 months prior where awful! These came fairly quickly and the quality is amazing. I like thick full long hair. These are exactly that. Initially pulling them out of the packet I was disappointed not thinking they would live up to my expectations, they looked thinner then I was use to. But as soon as they where in I was convinced these are the best I've had. I've had them a month now with everyday wear I've noticed very little shedding (the least of any set I've ever had) and they still have a silky quality to them. Honestly the only negative is they where a little shorter then I expected. But it's not enough to deter me from getting another set when needed.”
