Luxies can certainly can be washed. We recommend to wash them every 15-20 wears and to use sulfate-free products (shampoo/conditioner). Please leave them to air-dry and then you can style them as you wish.

“It is very nice and good quality hair but I think Luxy Hair should now provide hair length options in the website. Because I have shoulder length hair and I like the length its suites my face shape, so I try to cut but doesn’t work. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will be happy to consider extending our line to include shorter lengths in the near future. In the meantime, it is highly recommended that if you wish to cut your Luxies, you have an experienced hair stylist work on your set. We recommend having them already clipped into your hair during the haircut and to come up with a numbering system for the wefts, so that you know exactly where each weft is supposed to be clipped in for the future uses.

They always last a while but I do often purchase new ones if I change the color of my hair rather than dying and damaging the extensions. The reason why we do not currently offer layered sets is because everyone has unique layers in their hair, and it can be hard to perfect and cater to everyone in just one set. The great thing about Luxies is that they can be cut and customized to suit your own hair type.
