“I got the Off Black #1B - 20" (220g). I have layered hair so I wanted the thickest set so I could layer them a bit to match my hair and look natural. I was slightly disappointed by the thickness. I think you should offer an option of same weight of hair only a shorter, thicker pack of hair extensions as I ended up cutting about 2 inches off them as they were too long and I felt that this was hair wasted that could be on another clip or 2. Other than that love the hair, usually lasts me about 7 or 8 months and I use a lot of heat on them. Will buy again.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE MY EXTENSIONS!!! Although I got the 220g, I wish I had gotten the 160g because I’m a first time extension wearer & the heaviest bundle is too much for my head to handle. I referred to the photos on the website and watched many YouTube videos, but I still had difficulty differentiating between the 160g & 220g for myself. Maybe increase the variety in before and after photos that include different hair types and lengths. Some 160g & 220g after photos looked similar to me. Other than that, I love them! I got them because I wanted extra volume & they blended in perfectly with my hair. None of my friends could tell I was wearing them! Thank you Luxy”

Thank you for your feedback on having more before and after photos - I sincerely appreciate it. We are currently working towards this. Please be sure to check out our @luxyhairlove page on Instagram for more before and afters. As a general rule of thumb, it’s always better to opt for a heavier set and have too much hair, than to opt for a lighter set and not have enough hair. If you find that there are too many wefts, you can simply take out a few of them to lighten up the weight.
