“I’m really sorry to write this review as I’d like to remain a customer of Luxy and plan(ned) to purchase more during the Black Friday sale. The quality I received in this see is extremely disappointing given the cost. The largest issue is extremely split between ends. Upon curling my Luxy’s the hair shaft immediately broke - even following direction / using low heat. I’m unclear if this is because of the weight as this has never happened to me with Luxy’s before. I had them cut in an attempts to improve the hair quality and the issue was not resolved. I’ve had synthetic clip ins that manage heat better and have much better ends, and really believe I received a faulty set or bad patch with this Lucy product. Lesser issues but still worth noting for the cost - the color swatch was not reflective of the wefts in the box. Upon opening and inserting it became clear the color was significantly too dark even though I took several test shots in various lighting with the testing weft. I could work to overlook that had the hair not been so damaged and split. Lastly, in wearing these clips in my hair becomes extremely oily quickly. Again I have never experienced these three issues with my past Luxy purchases. Buyer beware on this “thick” option.”

As a kind note, all Luxy Hair extensions are made from single-drawn hair. This is one of the most natural-looking types of extensions as it mimics your natural hair the best - single-drawn hair has a standard hair ratio where the hair contains a combination of varied hair lengths and does not undergo an additional sorting process to pick out shorter hairs. The hair is thick at the top and tapers off at the bottom, similar to how natural hair grows.
