“The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Quick delivery and nice packaging. The hair itself is very nice and naturally soft. It does have a strange scent to it that I can't seem to get rid of. But other than that it is everything I wanted out of hair extensions!”

It is common for hair extensions to have a slight smell from the processing done to the hair. After a few wear and a wash or two, the smell should dissipate.

“Love my new hair!! I'm an amuture at putting extensions in..but i watched a couple videos several times and..OMG!!! Everyone stares at me ..i very complements every day!!! I couldn't live with out them...! They are part of me now...feels and blends just like my own hair...i recently cut 6" off and miss my hair but it needed it..so now its almost like it was never cut...thank you so much..I've told my close friends and they want their own Luxy hair...everyone else doesn't know any different...and for some reason the clips don't hurt my head like others I've used...I'm in love with my hair and will be purchasing more!!!”
