“So, I have been wearing extensions for about 5 years now. I have had my luxys for about a month, and I am very pleased with them. There is an amount of fallout, which is typical, but the hair is still thick and awesome as ever. I wear them every day, and they have been through a lot already. But they still look brand new. I covered them in glitter for a party, and gave them a good wash and deep condition and low and behold, they looked just like they did before I manhandled them. I'm really happy with these, they were worth every penny. The only problem has been one of the clips is not working anymore, so I have to take it off and re-sew on a new one. No big deal, but something to point out. I still love these babies, I feel so confident and beautiful again.”

In regards to the clip, this can happen from time to time. There are two spare clips in the package. Feel free to replace it with some needle and thread, and if you ever need any extra clips, kindly email our customer support and we can certainly mail you some.

“My whole life I've wanted long hair down my back. As a little girl I was obsessed with the Little Mermaid & other Disney princesses who always had these long straight haired glamours locks. Now I know these days we're all supposed to be politically correct & love what you born with & a lot of people have asked me why I don't just go natural with my kinky curly hair, but my philosophy is live & let live. “I was very hesitant to purchase hair extensions over the internet without being able to first touch them and properly match the colour, but could not be more happy with my purchase!!
I must say though the shipping was longer then I expected (Hair was held at customs for a while) but the customer service was exceptional, specifically Takara and Azra. They answered all my questions and concerns with kindness and never made me feel like a hassle.
My other concern was the quality of the hair and how much I would get. I wanted really full extensions and was pleasantly surprised by how full the 220 gram pack is. The hair is soft and very thick on the ends making it look more natural when blended in.
Overall, I couldn't be more happy with them, 10/10 would recommend!”
