“Honestly, I was under the impression that these were returnable. Which they are if you dont open the sealed box. They a tiny sample extension strip to look at before opening the box however you cannot get an exact feel of how the extensions look on your head without trying to clip them in. I spent a lot of money on these extensions however the way they look clipped in is very unnatural and heavy. I would love to be able to at least exchange for a different piece however their system is not set up for this option.”

Unfortunately, we do not offer a 'try-on and return' policy, as we consider hair extensions to be a hygienic product. Thank you for your understanding. To ease up on any weight, you may want to consider not applying all the wefts, placing them a bit higher on your head, or having your stylist trim them shorter.

The last set I bought was oddly tangly almost right away, they didn’t last very long. I think I got a bad set. Contacted luxy and nothing..
Also when I had ordered I accidentally clicked 20 instead of 24 so I returned them… didn’t get a full refund even though they were untouched. I got jipped like $60…”
