“This is by far the worst experience… The customer representatives (Kerry, and Celine) were terrible and their shipping protection is equally bad… The whole communication and experience was so crappy that I regretted ordering from them and asked to cancel the order altogether and not deliver at all… Despite the merchandise being greater than $500 and with terrible rainstorms the entire week, they left the package out with no signature confirmation and left it irresponsibly… And for all their mistakes, they decided to not even refund me fully for what I paid for…. I already told my hair stylist to not recommend these guys to anyone else and have them lose money like I did… Avoid them…. They aren’t cheap but still make customers pay for their issues and mishaps”
