I’m disappointed with these extensions as I’ve read so many good reviews and expected way better. The colour itself is beautiful and the balayage blends perfectly in my hair! However, I’ve worn different brand extensions in the past and they were waaaay thicker. I bought LUXY because they offer so many balayage and highlight options. I also wanted to try the seamless as I have thinner hair and bulky wefts/clips give me anxiety about showing. The extensions are a lot thinner, especially at the ends. I have a blunt cut and these extensions definitely do not blend well at all. I either need to purchase more hair or another set from a different brand. To make things worse, I got hit with 85$ in duty fees for shipping, even though this company says it’s Canadian? Overall not impressed with this product and I am disappointed. I guess I will have to go back to an old brand.

I ordered two volumizer sets, one was perfect as Advertised, the other was the worst quality hair I have ever seen. The hair was matted, it had a really bad burnt smell to it, and the hair looked like it was fried. Very disappointed because once you open the box you can not return it. I never used the set. I still have it in the box after I opened it and saw the state of the hair. I was so disappointed because this is my third order from this company and this is the first time that I received hair in this condition. My other sets the hair is amazing, the hair is soft, the color is perfect, and the hair is without tangles. I would've reviewed the hair better if I was able to return the hair the damaged set I recietved.
