The only thing is my hair is ,”medium to thin”, & I didn’t realize I had purchased the ,”Classic Ex. even though it was advertised as such, & I worry it may show through…Other than that I”m happy with my purchase as ALWAYS !!!❤️”
“Color does not match website. I purchased platinum and it’s pretty yellow. Was expecting more of a white platinum not banana colored. Also there is not test trip with a volume weft so you are literally forced to open it and once you luxe hair will tell you it’s your fault and not work with you at all. Kind of BS honestly especially since they charge so much you’d think they’d be willing to work with you a little more or at least help you out…”
