“2 months in and I can already feel and see the difference in myself,I’m 67 years old and do a 25-35 minute workout every day and walk around 5-7 miles with my Golden Retriever and another 2-3 miles depending on the weather by myself trying to keep it at 14:50-16:00 minutes per mile….i intermittent fast so my first shake is at NOON and then I eat a good meal at 6:00 pm Not really looking for weight loss just better health and so far my energy levels are up and I’m definitely sleeping better”

“I like that it keeps my shake thinner for easier consumption. The flavor is decent on the chocolate as well. I definitely noticed a difference in how I felt after a week of this every morning. This is joining my standard products.”
