“The product is of good quality and I don’t feel bloated or like I’ve been consuming artificial ingredients. For as natural as the mix is it tastes good compared to many other “flavored” products on the market. The price is reasonable and for your health, it’s worth it. The days of bags filled with flavored maltodextrin are over for me.”

“I love the Essentials chocolate shake every morning. The vanilla is very good also. They have all the vitamins and minerals that are needed on a daily basis so no supplements are needed. My one complaint is that the Essential shake bag has only 24 servings. 30 servings would be better.”

“It mixes well and makes a great tasting shake. I like to make shakes post workouts using chocolate as its base and then making different flavors.”
