Hi Donny, The powder mixes best using a shaker bottle or blender. For a thicker shake with a more robust flavor profile, we suggest using a milk substitute such as unsweetened almond or coconut milk, but feel free to get as creative as you’d like. We are in the process of updating our formulations to improve the taste, texture, and flavor profiles. Stay tuned for that! Hi Karen, Thank you for your review! We usually recommend adding 10-12 oz of water using a shaker or a blender. You may try turning your blender on to a higher setting and before pouring it in, give it a good shake. For a thicker shake with a more robust flavor profile, we suggest using a milk substitute such as unsweetened almond or coconut milk, but feel free to get as creative as you’d like. “I’m enjoying knowing I’m getting ask the nutrition I need in one place for one meal a day. I fast for 16 hours so I love breaking it with one of these shakes.”
