“Was a touch sweet for me at first, but I have grown used to it. I love that it isn't heavy; indeed, I use it as an afternoon boost prior to working out. It's great! (I wonder about an option with mushrooms in it for the future?)”

“The taste is fine. For me the most disappointing is the microscopic amount of powdered greens. It needs to be 10x what you get from one serving to be close to substituting for vegetables”

“The flavor is great and the meal itself is filling. I onky eat 2 meals a day. I start the day with my LYFE Fuel shake. I mix it with almond milk and add a scoop of chia seeds. 4 hours later I eat a regular meal that consists of protein and veggies. I've tried several brands of meal replacement shakes and LYFE Fuel is the beat deal.”
