“Flavor is good. I don’t taste the “chai” but that’s ok with me. I was hesitant in the beginning if that would give an artificial taste. I tried Kachava first and I like it but it will give you gas. Lyfefuel doesn’t. Lyfefuel is a little grainy but I add fruit and almond milk and blend and it’s great!”
