“Tried all the YouTube tricks to get the broken jack out- pen insert, glue, pliers- everything!
Approached a phone repair place who quoted $70 to fix it, which I just couldn't justify.
Decided to buy this as a last resort before paying a professional and it worked!!
Unfortunately I'm left with glue residue inside the port, but that's my own fault for not trying this from the outset!
Thankfully we have this tool now forever in case Mr, 2 year old snaps another set of headphones!”

“It worked but wasn’t as easy as it looks. It bent when using it so not something that will last. It got most of the parts out of my iPad but small part is left so i cant use headphones anymore but at last the speakers work now so happy with that.”
