“We were excited to try the mussels. I served them on a bed of linguini with a salad and garlic bread on the side. The perfect dinner if it weren't for the mussels. There was a lot of sediment in the garlic butter which was tasteless. The mussels did not taste as if they were fresh. The taste was very fishy and offensive. You were much better off going to your local market and buying fresh and doing it yourself. No recipe necessary.”
