“Perfect! Ordered these for a family holiday brunch. I followed directions and had to add a little more time in the oven (25 minutes total) which is usual for my particular oven, for medium doneness. Browned on the outside and a little pink on the inside. One guest stated that the Beef Wellington meat melted in his mouth. Well, I guess it doesn't get better than that! Will def order again.”
“Have purchased the Beef Wellington several times in the past for myself and as a gift to others. This time I purchased 4 and I was very disappointed and embarrassed to serve it. The meat quality was poor.
