“The caterer followed the cooking instructions but the beef came out very tough while the pastry was beautiful. All 8 of my guests agreed that the beef was over cooked. This is the 2 Nd time this has happened to me with your Beef Wellington. The last time was a few yrs ago with a different caterer & 32 beef Wellington's. Are the cooking instructions wrong? JOY TECTOR.”

“The mushroom layer was better than ever. The meat in one of the Wellingtons was not of the quality we are used to in this product. The others were fine. We will order again!”
