“The little single serving Beef Wellingtons turned out quite well. Having read customer reviews complaining about having them turn out overdone, I was intent on using a meat thermometer. But that was a bit challenging since one cannot insert a meat thermometer in something that is frozen solid. It took a few more minutes than the instructions suggested but the result was a perfect medium rare. Although I did cook them on parchment paper as suggested, the pastry on the bottom turned out a bit soggy. And there was somewhat more pepper in the seasoning than I would have considered ideal.”
