“Unfortunately I won't be ordering the Beef Wellington again. As most everything else I've ordered has been wonderful, I had high Hope's but am terribly disappointed. The bottom crust doesn't cook, the mushroom durell is over salted & the garlic overpowers any other flavor.”
“The Beef Wellington was great - the meat was excellent and the duxelle and pastry were delicious. However, the package came without instructions for preparation, so I had to make a guess on time and temperature, and repeatedly check them as they were cooking. I don't know if that was an oversight when mine were packed or if instructions are not usually sent. If they aren't usually sent, I'd recommend that they be added in. Otherwise, they were first-rate and all my guests thought so too.”
