“We have made Beef Wellington ourselves, It is a quite a lot of work and tricky to get right. These Beef Wellingtons saved all of the hassle and delivered all the crusrty goodness. The mushroom duxelle was outstanding; you could really taste the mushroom flavor. The filets were tender and came out as per cooking time instructions. The pastry wasn't soggy, a huge plus. We will stay stocked on these tasty beauties.”
