We used as our New Years dinner. Really very delicious. Moist and seasoned to perfection, the dressing was excellent and I would order again.

Taste good, not too salty. Cooked perfectly in a toaster oven.

The quail was delicious. The stuffing was also very tasty, but there was too much of it and created a dish that was mushier than it needed to be. Next time I may cook the quail most of the way, remove some of the stuffing, and continue cooking the quail with the stuffing separate. I agree with the reviewer who recommended running the quail under the broiler for a minute or two, to crisp up the bacon.

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed bacon quail. It arrived in perfect condition and the the instructions were very clear. If you like quail I highly recommend this product.

We tried it. I would not recommend it to steak and potato type people. Not much meat on the bird and the stuffing was somewhat over-powering so that was all one tasted.

We have had these several times and like them a lot. The bacon tends to stay a little soggy but it helps keep the quail - which is very lean - from drying out. The birds are tasty and the cherry stuffing is heavenly. In addition to roasting these in the oven as suggested, we have alternatively prepared them on the grill and also stove-top in a pan. Pan roasting works well because it crisps the bacon and you can add a little wine after searing the birds.
