“Takes longer to cook in a conventional oven than 22-26 min. (ours took 35 min.). The filling didn't leak out because it's not a melty cheese but some sort of pasty and dry ricotta-type of mix. The chicken was only okay, same for the ham, but overall hugely disappointed and frankly of all the cordon bleu we've ordered over the last 25 years, this one was the worst. It's a shame to say all of this but it's also important that customers do not serve this to guests. I'm glad we tried it before doing that. I expected a whole bunch more from Mackenzie Ltd.”
“Chicken Cordon Blue was poor quality compared to what you offered last year at holidays.
The ham and cheese was off to one side only with no chicken and the chicken was half of what was contained in previous version all dried out.
The previous version was balanced with ham and cheese in the middle with better quality chicken breast meat that was tender and moist.
Too much cheese and breading.
I would NEVER recommend this to anyone else unless I had assurances you changed providers who prepare Chicken Cordon Bleu.”
“ordered these several times, yup I use these on a "whats up for dinner?" nite
good flavor, quick. I usually add a sauce or gravy on the side..They're on
the "dry side"”
“We like your tasty Chicken Cordon Bleu because they don't fall apart - leak out all the cheese - during baking as we've experienced with some from other vendors.
Your pieces are thick and almost a meal on their own. We've noticed, though, that we usually have to bake them between 5-7 minutes longer than your instructions.”
“Awful...cooking instructions were not helpful. Center was way undercooked. The ham smelled sort of like bologna... could not eat. A lot of money for just the crunchy coating...rest went into the trash.”
