“If you never have had Creme Fraiche potatoes you are in for a treat. This side dish met all our exceptions. Creamy and very rich in taste. (it did take a bit longer to bake as the instructions recommened) I added a couple of pats of butter to top after baking, perfect. Highly recommend.”
