“Everyone does mashed potatoes differently. Sui Generis, this was superb, as expected. The only suggestion I might make is that some of us like mashed potatoes that are a bit lumpy. I suppose that's only because with the lumps, one is absolutely assured that it was made fresh.
Maybe there's room for a lumpy edition some time in the future.”
