“Cranberry Upside-Down Cake is a moist, dense cake full of cranberries. Like others, I thought that it was rather sparse with cranberries on top, but every forkful was full of cranberries. Then I remembered, it is an upside down cake and the cranberries have migrated into the batter. This is a wonderful cake for a special occasion, each slice is a meal in itself. Each forkful was tasty and mouth-watering.
I highly recommend the cake (and I really love cranberries) and would buy it again.”
