“This was our Easter dinner and I was not impressed. The Vegetable Potato Medley was soggy and did not heat up well- we still have a bag left in the freezer. The Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms were good and heated up well. The porl roast was good and the apples were a nice touch. Not a fan of the chocolate cake but others liked it.”

“We gave this as a gift to my son's mother-in-law. He was in the hospital for 64 days after being in a house fire. Lynn was wonderful through it all. She mentioned that she had always wanted a crown roast but that they were too expensive. We sent the entire meal and everyone there said it was spectacular. We highly recommend it for a gift to others or to yourself.”
“The stuffing!!!! Loved it! Cauliflower delicious in this setting. Apples very good. Had left over apples as a dessert with whip cream on another day. Chocolate mousse raspberry cake....Nicely layered. I love fresh raspberries and raspberries in sauce, but this was too sweet. Nice thing about it....we will have this cake for a long time as we can only eat a sliver at a setting. Followed directions precisely cooking the roast... it was bloody. Everything else was ready to eat, as the roast had come up to temperature....but we do not eat pink pork......This was to be a special dinner for a milestone birthday. Fortunately, with Covid there were no guests ..... so we let the microwave finish what we were going to eat that night. The next day I wrapped what was left in aluminum foil and cooked it for a little more than an hour. The cooked pork was delicious and I will buy it again knowing I will need to cook it longer. Again the dressing with it.......best ever.”
