Roast was OK, little dry, maybe my fault for overcooking.

This not only looked elegant but tasted wonderful, the entire meal was spectacular, the stewed apples were outstanding full of flavor and not mushy --I sent the stuffed turkey roll to my parents(with the sweet potato casserole and apple pie)they are kind of picky eaters when it comes to something different but they both raved and raved about how good the meal was as well as easy to prepare--Dad asked me to send him more sweet potato casserole---so you will be seeing me again. These meals make a wonderful gift when you do not live close enough to cook that special meal.

The Crown Roast was as beautiful as delicious. All the extras I ordered with it were delicious as well. Definitely made our Christmas easier without all the stress of prepping and cooking. I've ordered this in the past and will order it again, every year!

I bought this meal for our friends who have raved about how perfectly scrumptious each entree and side and dessert were. They usually put their meat on a sideboard, but the crown red ast of pork was such a stunning showstopper that it was featured on the table for all their guests. My friend was delighted how little predation there was for the meal; this complete dinner saved her hours of shopping and prepping and cooking from scratch. Our friends' family and guest were impressed by the quality of the meal as well. I have never ordered anything like this before, but my next special occasion will be provided by a Mackenzie dinner. I am definitely satisfied with this choice.

The crown roast of pork was a bit on the "dry side" after baking and the stuffing was also dry and seemed a bit stale as well. I think there should have been a gravy included and also perhaps a seasoning packet for the meat.
